Solution: Modular templates increase speed of ad delivery

By implementing Celtra Creative Automation and enlisting the help of Celtra Creative Services, inDrive developed a new, more efficient process that eliminated the need for 100% manual creation. This new process prepares for two different types of campaigns: always-on and special campaigns.

For generic, always-on campaigns, inDrive designed 40+ static and animated modular templates. These templates make it easy to produce new creatives by simply changing the data, images, and copy using the content feed, delivering any needed ads in no time—without building the design from scratch.

For special campaigns that require new, different layouts, the designers build a new template and use automation to create all the necessary variants, delivering the campaign in 3-5 days instead of 2 weeks.

Results: National campaign in Brazil sees 15x greater efficiency

For a national campaign in Brazil, the inDrive team received a request to produce almost 18,000 creatives in one week, with the campaign launch happening immediately after delivery. Using Celtra’s Creative Automation, they built new templates and used automation to create all the necessary variants. One designer was able to produce 17,904 creatives in just five days, making the process 15x more efficient than it would have been without using Celtra.
